Every order is dispatched within two business days of confirmation, insured for its full value and sent signed-for. Delivery is complimentary worldwide.

Duties and taxes are settled by the house before dispatch, so nothing is collected on arrival. A tracking reference is sent with your dispatch notice, and the same reference works on our tracking page.

If nobody is available to sign, the carrier will leave a card and attempt delivery twice more before returning the parcel to us.

You may return any piece within fourteen days of delivery, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Write to the concierge with your order reference and we will arrange collection from your address at no cost. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the piece arriving back with us.

Engraved, made-to-order and altered pieces cannot be returned. Faults are of course always our responsibility, at any time.

Cashmere should be rested between wearings, folded rather than hung, and cleaned by a specialist only. Silk is dry-clean only. Leather will darken and soften with use, which is intended; keep it away from prolonged direct sun.

Timepieces should be serviced every five to seven years. Stone objects should be wiped with a dry cloth and never sealed.

We restore everything we make for as long as you own it, including pieces bought second-hand. Write to the concierge and we will arrange it.

We collect only what is needed to fulfil your order: your name, contact details, delivery address and payment confirmation. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and are never stored by us.

Your details are used to fulfil orders, to provide aftercare and, only if you have asked, to send our letters. We do not sell or share client data with third parties for marketing.

Orders are accepted at our discretion and confirmed only once payment has been approved. Prices are in US dollars and include applicable duties. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
